Any fee paid for the purpose of the Conference is non-refundable.
The fee paid can be deferred as a Credit against the NEXT conference ONLY, less the applicable admin fee, provided the other conditions noted here are satisfied.
A request to defer a paid fee MUST be made no later than 14 calendar days before the start of the events for which the fee was originally meant.
Unutilized deferred fee by the next 2 consecutive conferences shall be forfeited.
